Who can help me with travel ? booking airline tickets?

Would it be cheaper to buy airline fare directly with the airline or a Travel Agent ? Would it also be cheaper to book hotels on line instead of a Travel Agent. I am afraid that Travel Agencies might have specials with airline and hotels included. I intend travelling to Malaysia. (Kuala Lumpur and Penang) from Melbourne Australia

I prefer to go online. Look for necessary info – for any kind of details – go to wikipedia. For booking flight tickets – there are many in the business –

As far as booking is concerned – match both the prices – you can get the best deals from any of them.

Over the web – there is some serious competition, so the possibility of getting better offer is much higher….

What else I should add……

Generally I don’t like promoting any particular website – but all I can add is, the deal is in your fingertips – just move it over the keyboard

That quite depends where you want to go. For flights within Europe Skyscanner can find some really good deals because it lets you combine tickets from two separate airlines. If you are willing to be in transit for several hours and if you don’t mind flying different routes out/home Skyscanner can be good. Make sure to allow plenty of time between the flights as the traveler is responsible for getting there in time for the second flight of the journey, not the airline.

For Europe to Asia tickets I have found the best deals at lastminute.com and momondo.com

What are some good travel websites for cheap hotel tickets for Vegas?

So I’m planning to head to Vegas in April with family and I’m wondering if any of you have some legit, SAFE travel websites I can cheap tickets for hotels only*? I’ve been to expedia.com, hotwire.com, orbitz.com, travelocity, and hotels.com but I have a feelings some other website is better. So far we’re liking Expedia’s prices but any help is great!

Orleans is a great choice for families, they have very nice rooms, lots to do and great food choices.

Luxor is running a very nice promotion until the end of May, but the best rates are generally around the first of April and the end of May. The do have rates as low as $69 for those days. This is the PC to use online >PGET19<

I will check rates online, but I only book rooms through the hotel itself. That way I can continue to look for a better deal all the way up until we leave.

We go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time and have for over 20 years.

Other questions are similar to this but I have a bit more felxibility. I want to get away at some point in August but due to school holidays some of the prices are very high.

As a single traveller I just want cheap flights to a decent location at the last minute. Is there a good place where I can do this.
